i-meetingCD/Web: This solution aims to reach a wider audience and maximise on a client’s investment in pre-existing material. With little additional effort from a client, an existing presentation or conference can be distributed very cost effectively to a wide audience. This option is suitable whether the end-user wants to improve understanding of the content after attending a meeting or wants to view a presentation from a meeting they were unable to attend. Each i-meeting presentation displays a video of the presenter accompanied by high-quality slides and a full-text transcript, all of which are syncronised and edited to replicate the event. The user can navigate through the presentations or search for slides and information at their convenience. i-meetings can be distributed worldwide online or on CD-ROM. i-meetingWeb can be hosted on a client’s website or StreamProjects offers various options for hosting and streaming.

i-meetingLite: This solution is similar to i-meetingCD/Web but has a fast turnaround and no transcripts. The reduced production time involved allows overnight processing of presentations shorter than two hours, so that the final product can be distributed to delegates directly or via exhibition stands on CD-ROM (or memory stick) the day after the meeting.

i-meetingSELECT: This solution provides presenters with an approved and locked database of uneditable slides, which enables centralised control of presented messages. Presenters can add customised welcome, agenda and summary slides to their own selections of slides, but the slides themselves cannot be modified by the presenters, which ensures that a consistent message is delivered by all presenters.

dvd2stream: Do you have company DVD's, training videos. product videos? Are they accessible to those that need them? Do you need to track who views them? Clips too long for YouTube? (They have a 10 minute maximum). Is the content too sensitive for public viewing? We can encode your video, create a menu system, and make it all available via your website without overloading your web server bandwidth (as the video streams from our servers). We can even track usage and add self assessment quizzes.

event2stream: So your AV company gave you a DVD of your important event? Are you really going to duplicate 500 copies and send them around the world? Too long for YouTube? Rich-media presentations: Clients sometimes need tailored presentations that are created for one purpose and not presented in front of an audience. Shooting video with a green screen allows the presenter to be superimposed on any background; this means they can interact with a presentation in innovative ways and enables content to be far richer and more animated than can be achieved with PowerPoint. Stream Projects can shoot and edit this type of presentation to create the look you need without spending a fortune. Look out for a demonstration of this type of presentation here in the near future.
